We offer small group classes led by a certified trainer who will motivate you to perform at your best. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring elite fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Beware, we are not a globo-gym! We have no ellipticals, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Just an intense workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. It's not easy. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time.
Valleycore cross training is a strength and conditioning program that ALL skill/athletic levels can benefit from; offering an array of functional movements across various time domains. Benefits of cross training would include gaining lean muscle mass, increasing speed and strength along with offering a great community that inspires athletes
We practice all major olympic lifts, gymnastic skills, body weight training, running, mobility, flexibility, stamina and etc..
Offer the same type of training as X-fit but do not practice Olympic lifts. These workouts are usually longer in duration and benefit greatly for those athletes just starting off.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Just workout clothes and a positive attitude! All classes are scaled for all fitness levels. We introduce the methods, tools, and intensity that are the foundations of Cross training. No one needs to get in shape to try Xfit. No prior experience is required. Many of our members came to us completely out-of-shape and have successfully transformed themselves! So what are you waiting for? It's time to expect more from your workout!
